There are a ton of Delicious Vietnamese menus out there for you to choose from, but here are the top 10 delicious Vietnamese dishes that I personally think deserved their ranking. Each of these dishes can be made at home, and the good thing is that it is
very easy to make. Of course, to me, it is always better to cook food at home rather than go out and buy stuff. One benefit about cooking food at home is that you can do whatever you want with it as long as it tastes delicious. Just be creative and my recommendation to you is that there is no rules for making the best dish, the only rule is how to make it the best and the most delicious everytime you set your foot in the kitchen and start cooking!As far as I am concerned, Pho is the number 1 Vietnamese dish. If you ever go to Vietnam, or go to any Vietnamese restaurant around the world, I guarantee you will find Pho dish on the menu. It is almost impossible to walk around Vietnam’s major cities without seeing hungry foreign tourists and/or Vietnamese people slurping noodles at the pho stand. The most exciting about Pho is that it is cheap, tasty, and available at any Vietnamese Restaurant.
To me, Banh Xeo is the second most delicious Vietnamese dish. It is a crispy bulging with pork, shrimp, and bean sprouts. When it is ready to serve, you can use either rice paper or lettuce leave to wrap around it and to deep it into the sauce that comes with it. It will be unforgettable taste after the first try because you can feel the crunch of Banh Xeo, and it is absolutely delicious.
I don’t know how to say it, but Rau Muong is definitely delicious. I love Rau Muong, and I never tire of eating it. It is green color, skinny and long. Rau Muong are naturally grown in open field with lots of water or it can be grown at home. I have grown it at home, and it tastes very delicious and, of course, very crunchy.
Goi Cuon is often the best choice for appetizing before the big main course ready to serve. People like to have Goi Cuon to start off before their meal started, but in some cases it can be served as the main course if needed. I am sure this healthy soft spring rolls will drive your meal extra miles. Personally, I love this Goi Cuon and I make it for my family all the time, and of course, we love it everytime!
