When it comes to quick, simple and easy recipes, I am on it. There’re many ways that you can make your spaghetti sauce, but this particular one, I believe to be the easiest and yet so delicious. My kids are actually loving it so much that when they finished eating, they are asking for more. It is very tasty, and it doesn’t require much time to cook to have a best yummy dinner! So let's try my recipes for Beef and Mushroom Spaghetti Sauce. Shall We!!!
Ingredients:
1.28 lbs ground beef
1 roughly chopped medium sweet onion
10 oz fresh sliced white mushroom or any kind you prefer
1 jar (26 oz) Italian spaghetti sauce
1 cup of water
4 to 5 cloves garlic finely chopped
Salt, Pepper, Sugar and cooking oil
**I use this chunky garden combo Italian spaghetti sauce because of the veggies flavor added to the sauce, but you can use any brand name sauce that you like. Just have fun with it, and make it your own.**
Heat 1tbsp of cooking oil in a pot, add in the garlic, and let it bring out the aroma of the garlic for a few seconds. Then add in 1 roughly chopped medium sweet onion, season with a pinch of salt and pepper, and let it sweat for a few minutes. Add 1.28 lbs ground beef, break out the beef and stir occasionally until no pink remain. Pour in 1 jar (26 oz) Italian spaghetti sauce and a cup of water, let it come to boil. Add 10 oz of fresh sliced white mushroom, seasoning with 1 tbsp sugar, ½ tbsp salt and pepper. Stir well together for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, bring a pot of salt water to a boil, add in 1lbs of spaghetti (any kind), and let it cook in according with the package direction. Drain and set aside!
To serve, add certain amount of cooked spaghetti to a serving plate or a bowl. Add spaghetti sauce, and sprinkle it with any green for garnish. In this case, I use celery leaf since I am not a big fan of parsley. Add some parmesan cheese on top as well if you like it, but it's optional. Enjoy the delicious Beef and Mushroom Spaghetti dish with your family!
