It is very unfortunate and unAmerican to go after a leading political opponent in the midst of the presidential campaign. That is exactly what is happening right now in New York State where judge and prosecutor of the opposing party are charging the political opponent with bogus charges in an effort to stop former President Trump from running for President.

They indicted former President Donald Trump and continued to go after him for using his God's given RIGHT under the 1st Amendment of the US Constitution to challenge the fraudulent election results was just so wrong and unAmerican. The American people can see clearly that it is Election Interference, and therefore, voters in Iowa, New Hamshire, and Nevada had turned out in massive numbers during the Republican Caucuses and Primaries to deliver three wins in the row for former President Trump. They are sending a clear message that they are well aware of what is going on surrounding Trump's case, and they will never allow the people in power to interfere with the US presidential election. We The People are the ones who will pick the next President of the United States, not judges, not prosecutors, or any special interest group in Washington DC.

The New York Judge came up with the nonsense ruling about Mar-a-Lago Worth due to Trump's poll numbers being so high that he was leading more than 20 points over President Joe Biden. Therefore, the New York judge was unfairly ordered Trump to pay $355 million in the fraud trial case. Many people have criticized the ruling as unfair and un-American, especially the entrepreneur and media personality Kevin O’Leary slammed the ruling as “unjust, appalling, and ultimately un-American.” O'Leary also said, “That fact that he was found guilty, you might as well find guilty every real estate developer on Earth.”As expected, Trump's legal team will appeal the decision and Trump's team is hopeful that Trump will win the case because there was no fraud, no victim, and as former President Trump said that the bank has already received 100% payments for the loan. The bank representative also testified that there was no fraudulent involved in Trump's loan and payments.

Former President Trump also issued a statement on his Truth Social that said, “Crooked Democrat Prosecutors, many of them Racists in Reverse, are trying to steal a second Presidential Election.” “They did it in 2020, and we’re not going to let them do it again in 2024.” 

They know the fact that former President Trump will be the Republican nominee for president because Trump had won Iowa, New Hamshire, and Nevada. Trump is also expected to win the upcoming South Carolina primary election on February 24. If Trump wins South Carolina, then his GOP rival Nikki Haley will definitely rethink her path forward to win the GOP nomination. The most recent poll is leaning heavily toward former President Trump, and many Republican voters believe that Trump will be the Republican nominee to face of with the incumbent President Joe Biden in the General Election on November 5.

President Trump stated that "if he were to reclaim the White House in 2024, federal election changes would be a priority in his administration." He also said he would support moving elections to “paper ballots, same-day voting” and “voter ID.” He will ensure the election integrity is his top priority and to make it harder for anyone to cheat on the elections.
