The Romantic Lied, The Prosecutorial Misconduct, and The Obsessed Of Donald Trump!

Former President Trump's legal team subpoenad and submitted Nathan Wade's phone records as evidence to prove that the two romantic prosecutors had lied about their relationship testimony in court. They were obsessed with "Get Trump" at all cost and disregarded the rule of law to carry out their prosecutorial misconduct against former President Trump. If all the phone's records proved to be accurate and true, then the case against former President Trump should be dropped. It is prosecutorial misconduct against a leading political opponent during a presidential campaign.

Former President Trump also railed against the prosecutors for trying to get Trump even though they know Trump did nothing wrong in his social media TruthSocial that said, "Relationship BEFORE trial means case is a SHAM and will be dropped.They lied!" 

According to the court filing on Friday by Trump's legal team regarding the phone records, which it showed that District Attorney (AG) Fani Willis and Nathan Wade exchanged over 2,000 phone calls in the first 11 months in 2021. These records proved that AG Willis and Wade were lied about their relationship timeline, and this case had proven to be a SHAM and a political case where the people in power tried to prosecute a leading political opponent of the opposing Party.

Trump's legal team filed with the court to have the phone data entered into the record and used it to disqualify Willis from prosecuting their client. After Willis became Fulton County’s Distric Attorney in 2021, she was going after Trump and had charged some of Trump's inner circle like Trump's former Chief of Staff and even Trump himself. AG Willis was also infamously made the former president turned himself in for a mugshot. This was unprecedented and unAmerican to go after a leading political opponent in the midst of the presidential election.

Trump's legal team is seeking to dismiss the case and casts doubt on AG Willis and Wade’s testimony in a hearing last Thursday, where they claimed they were not in a romantic relationship until 2022, but in fact they were in romantic relationship since 2019 according to Robin Yeartie testimony. As a result, this was all a lied and a prosecutorial misconduct against the former president. Trump's legal team has a strong case to dispute Willis and Wade's claims about their relationship timeline and possibly able to file a motion to dismiss the charges against the former president.

Although these two lover prosecutors have denied any conflict of interest about their relationship; however, if Trump's legal team can prove that their sworn statements are not accurate and lied, they could face disqualification from the Trump's case, disbarment, and of course AG Willis will face impeachment and even prosecution for their abuse of legal justice system to enrich themselves and prosecutorial misconduct.
