Is It Prosecutorial Misconduct Against Donald Trump During The Presidential Campaign?
The People of Iowa, New Hampshire, and Nevada had delivered a massive landslide WIN for Trump, which also sent a strong signal of their disapproval toward the prosecutorial misconduct and charges against the former President Donald Trump in the midst of Presidential campaign.
The American people are fed up with the prosecutorial misconduct and prosecution of the leading political opponent. The people believe that it was a political move to stop Trump from running for president by using bogus cases and charges against him. Recently, there was an allegation filed by Michael Roman against District Attorney Fani Willis for engaging in a misconduct behavior with a special prosecutor against Trump and his presidential campaign, which trigger a massive rebuke from the Republicans. Even governor Brian Kemp issued a warning that if the allegation is true, it would be "deeply troubling." While Governor Kemp said he has not seen evidence of misconduct, however, the allegation motion filed by attorneys representing Michael Roman is very troubling. The allegation has prompted the governor Kemp to join Republicans to criticize Willis behavior.Republicans in Congress accused Willis of improper relationship with special prosecutor and wanted to open an investigation on Willis misconduct behavior, which they said Willis "Improperly Cherry-Picked cases to further her personal political agenda". Gov. Kemp said he does not want to participate in the political theater regarding this case, however, "These allegations are deeply troubling and evidence should be presented quickly in order for Judge McAfee to rule and the public to have confidence in this trial moving forward," said Kemp.
The allegation also prompted the judge in Trump's case to order an emergency hearing regarding DA Willis misconduct, which was scheduled on February 15 to examine misconduct allegations regarding Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis and her chief prosecutor. Two of the key allegations raised by Michael Roman were improper relationship and misuse of public funds to hire private lawyer, which she has romantic relationship with and to interfere with the election against former President Donald Trump. The judge ordered Willis office to submit a response in writing by Feb. 2 for the televised court session. This case could be jeopardizing the investigation, and all the charges against the former president could be dismissed.
Noted that Trump has always maintained his innocence in the case, and the allegation brought forward by Michael Roman could prove Trump's innocent and if the allegation is true, the judge will be thrown out all the charges against the former President.
How about the judge with the ridiculous fine
