Trump Refused RNC Making Him The Presumptive Nominee Because He Believes In Democracy and American Voters Matter!
Former President Donald Trump refused the Republican National Committee (RNC), making him the Presumptive Nominee for President because he believes in Democracy and American Voters Matter. He wants to win the nomination and finish the process at the Ballot Box in the "Old Fashioned" way, and that is the only way to unite the Republican Party.
Although Trump is leading in all major National Polling over his GOP rival, Nikki Haley, by a large margin, he does not want to take advantage and want to let the process plays out at the Ballot Box. That is exactly the symbol of Democracy, and he wants to make sure that the voters choose him as their Republican Nominee rather than the RNC. Trump believes that all American Voters matter, and their votes matter. Therefore, he is against the RNC from moving forward with the nominee plan while his GOP rival, Nikki Haley, is still in the race.Trump is making the important case to his supporters and American Voters that he does not want the party to dictate who its Nominee is, but the American voters are the ones that choosing the Nominee to represent them. Trump's refusal has earned him much respect from the American voters, especially the undecided voters and the Independent voters. Undecided and Independent voters play a critical role in electing a President, therefore, Trump wants them to know that he can represent them in Washington DC to put America First.
Former Governor Nikki Haley is the last GOP remaining to challenge Trump for the GOP nomination, however, many Republican political figures including RNC chairwoman, Ronna McDaniel, have called on Haley to drop out and back Trump because they believe that there is no clear path for Haley to win the nomination given all the national polling are leaning toward former President Trump.
Recently, former President Trump gained 35 endorsements from the Republican Chairs in Texas after he expressed strong support for governor Abbott in a bid to secure the border while fighting the legal dispute with the Biden's Administration. The Supreme Court has granted federal agents to cut wire fences, however, Texas Governor Abbott defied the order and continued to build wire fences while waiting for the court of appeal decision.
Some of the Republican Governors have expressed support for Governor Abbott's stand on the border, such as governor Noem of South Dakota said that she will send her State's National Guards including wire fences to support Governor Abbott's efforts in securing the Texas Border and to stop the invasion at the border.
