Many legal experts, scholars, and even the ordinary voters don't think it is in the America's best interest to ban Former President Donald Trump from the ballot. Majority of American voters agree that Trump should not be banned and let the voters decide who should be the next President of the United States. 

All eyes are on the Presidential Caucus or Primary in Iowa on January 15. This is when Iowan voters decide who they want to choose for their republican presidential nominee to face off with Democrat nominee presumably President Joe Biden in the General Election on Tuesday, November 5, 2024. Currently, Former President Trump is dominating the GOP race and is anticipated to clinch to the republican party nomination. Trump has maintained his popularity among the Republican voters and is the favorite choice for republican presidential nominee based on the recent national polls.

Many people are speculating that there would be a rematch between two rivals Former President Trump vs. President Biden; however, November 5, 2024 is still far away, and anything can change between now and general election. Some voters may have already made up their mind who they will vote for while others are still undecided. Trump, Biden, and other presidential hopeful candidates will try to make their case with voters toward the primary for the party nomination and face off in the general election on November 5.
